• Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed on the same day if it is placed by 12PM

 Once your order ships, you may track it here.

• How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders with subtotal of $99 CAD to Canada (excluding NL, NT, NU, YT) are eligible for free shipping. NL, NT, NU, YT are eligible for free shipping with the order over $200 CAD.

 International customers receive free shipping on orders over $300. 

• Customs, Duties and Taxes

Bongstar.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
