Returns FAQ

• Bongstar  accepts returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery. 
• If you are unsatisfied for any reason, changed your mine for any reason - you may file a return within 7 days of delivery by clicking the link below.
• We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances. 
• All returns MUST have a valid order number. 
• The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s)
• Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable.
