The Bongstar Puffco Trade-In Program allows customers to exchange eligible Puffco devices for store credit that can be used toward a new Puffco product or other eligible items.
The process is straightforward. Submit a Trade-In request with information and photos of your device. We review its model, condition, battery health, functionality, cosmetic wear, accessories, and original packaging. Then you'll receive a trade-in value estimate.
If you're local, bring the device to our Vancouver store.
If you're elsewhere in Canada, ship it.
Should You Repair or Trade In Your Puffco?
